Exchanges or returns due to size, color or faulty workmanship are available for 14 days from the date of your order, according to Government Emergency Ordinance no 34/2014 regarding consumers rights and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. Distance contracts refer to contract between a professionals and a consumer for the provision of a service or goods. A distance contract may be concluded by any means (by telephone, email, catalogue etc) which do not require the simultaneous physical presence of the parties to the contract.
Customer rights of withdrawal
This return policy within 14 days is available only for the customers that bought directly from our website www.acbc.ro.
The customer may make a decision within a period of 14 working days, without penalty and without giving a reason. The start of the withdrawal period is calculates from the day of receipt of the goods by the customer.

In case you are not satisfied with our products you have to send us a notification within 2 working days after receiving the products via email at email@example.com . We will issue a refund for the price of the items you bought upon items arrival at our office.
Please make sure that you return the products in perfect condition, meaning that our products must not be used or damaged, must have all the original accessories and labels on.
We do not refund delivery costs, credit cards fees, bank commissions nor customs fees or taxes.

We will refund the value of the goods that you send back to us through wire transfer within 10 working days after we receive the products and we confirm that they are in perfect and unused condition. In order to proceed with the wire transfer you should provide us correct bank account details. The bank account holder name and details you provide should be the same with the beneficiary name from the initial issued invoice.
We can also make a refund to your credit/debit card account, in case your payment was made through PayU online payments processor.
